The 'Corinthian on the Road' project involved; as the name would suggest, taking the Corinthian figures on the road, which entailed attending various events and memorabilia shows.

At the shows Corinthian would of course have figures available for purchase but they would also showcase and preview up coming releases and product lines. The Summer of 2001 saw the Corinthian on the road visit 6 different locations, with a limited edition figure on offer for anyone who attended the shows, with stock being restricted to one per customer.

The roadshow special is Diego Maradona in Argentina away kit, he is on a Gold base and inside a Classics window box, however no collector card was produced for the figure. It is by no means the rarest figure in the ProStars Club Gold range but it has held it's value. The figure has the words 'ROADSHOW SPECIAL' printed on the back of the base, which was a great touch and a detail collectors may have missed if they kept in sealed in window box.

Corinthian were asked by online store 'AlexSports' and seller 'Barrie Williams' to produce a limited edition figure, which would be sold at the Wigan Roadshow Event held at the JJB Stadium on the 10th of February 2002. The figure selected was Gabriel Batistuta in  kit Roma would wear in the Champions League.

This limited edition figure of Batistuta was sold in a window box, with the figure on a Gold base and coming with collector card, however due to a factory error the collector cards were actually larger in size than the regular cards, only a minor detail and did nothing to detract from the appeal and collectability of the figure.
