CHELSEA TEAM PACK

Corinthian launched a new range of figures under the banner of 'ProStars Fan Favourites' which have the figures in 'photographic line up' poses. 6 of the figures are stood up with arms behind their backs, 3 are crouched down, 1 is knelt to the right, 1 knelt to the left and the final one is the team captain who is crouched down with the football at his feet.

The figures are the same size as regular ProStars however they are a 2 piece mould which have turning heads, are a little lighter than regular ProStars and on a brighter Green base with the player name printed on. The range carried it's own collector codes, starting with FF (Fan Favourites) and came with collector cards.

The Chelsea team pack was released on the 17th November 2003 and features 12 Chelsea players in 2003/04 home kit. The team pack contained the 12 figures, 12 collector cards and also a display stand complete with backing card.

5 of the figures were also done as single blisters, initially only available in Japan but Corinthian did acquire limited stock to be sold in the club shop and via Corinthian direct. The 5 figures also done as single blisters are Carlo Cudicini, Juan Sebsatian Veron, Wayne Bridge, Damien Duff and Joe Cole.

The only Corinthian ProStars figures of Wayne Bridge are both Fan Favourites, he feautures here in the team pack and would also feature in the Chelsea 4 pack, however his body pose would change for that figure and see him stood up with arms behind his back.

​

 

This would be the only figure that Corinthian would ever produce of Jesper Gronkjaer, he did not feature in any other series or range and that includes MicroStars.

​

 

Corinthian also produced John Terry in Chelsea Away kit, the figure was given away to customers who purchased the Chelsea team pack from the Chelsea club shop, with only 1,000 being made, the figure was in a clear sachet and came with collector card. This is a very rare figure indeed and is seldom seen for sale.
